Half way day! Hallelujah. Today the signs lied again, this time to a whole other level. Naturally we assumed that as we approached Val Fréjus predictions for how long the remaining distance would take us would decrease… but no. It began 2 hours, 15 minutes later, 1 hour 30, 10 minutes later, 2 hours 40. This continued for the rest of the day, rather mysterious.
