25km (235km) – 1350m (4460ft) ascent – 1460m (4790ft) descent

We started today by marching up to Col de l’Iseran, a very high road which the vast majority of people cleverly choose to drive or cycle up… but no, not us. We crawled up the hill and when we did finally get there there was one sign. One sign which people got quite aggressive over taking pictures with – think lots of jostling, tossing of bikes, mosh pits etc..The descent was, as per usual, treacherous, as we faced cliff edges and marmots.
